Claritech Foundation is a non-profit organization operating to provide educational services and social development programs.
1. Program Fees
If a participant pays for a course or training program, refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility:
Duplicate or accidental payment
Technical errors during payment processing
Program cancellation by Claritech Foundation
Refund Not Applicable:
If a student withdraws voluntarily
If the student fails to meet course requirements
If the program has already started or services have been partially delivered
Refund processing time: 7–14 working days.
2. Donations
Donations are non-refundable as they are used for charitable and developmental purposes.
Refunds are only applicable in case of:
Duplicate payment
Bank/payment errors
Wrong amount deducted due to system error
3. Cancellation of Enrollment
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel enrollment due to:
Misconduct
Fraudulent documents
Violation of policies
No refund will be provided in such cases.
