These terms apply to all donors who contribute to Claritech Foundation.
1. Voluntary Donations
All donations made to Claritech Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
2. Use of Funds
Donations are used for:
Education and skill development
Training programs
Social welfare activities
Infrastructure and operational support
Funds are used at the discretion of the organization.
3. 80G Tax Benefits (If Applicable)
If Claritech Foundation holds an 80G certificate:
Donors must provide correct PAN, full name, and address
80G receipts will be issued via email
4. Payment Security
All payments are processed securely by trusted payment gateways.
We do not store:
Debit/credit card numbers
CVV
OTP
Net banking passwords
5. Donor Privacy
We respect donor confidentiality. No donor information is sold or shared with unauthorized parties.
