Violation of any of the above will lead to strict disciplinary action including termination, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
6. Online Child Safety
For online training sessions or digital interactions:

Use only official Claritech-approved platforms

No private video calls or chats with children

Sessions must be recorded or monitored

No exchange of personal phone numbers or social media IDs

No sharing of harmful digital content

No one-on-one unsupervised online sessions
7. Reporting Concerns or Incidents
Any individual associated with Claritech Foundation must immediately report:

Misconduct by staff, volunteers, or visitors

Unsafe behavior

Any danger to a child
